This video will show you how to request a Magic Link to access your customer center.
Magic Link Not Working?
If the Magic Link isn't working for you, please set up a password using the "forgot my password" link. If you are unable to set up a password, please reach out to me and I will set one up for you. Thanks!
How to Cancel Subscription
If you would like to cancel your Measure by Measure subscription, you can do so from your Customer Center. Login to your account and click "Customer Center." Click the three vertical dots next to your subscription details under "Subscription Orders" and select "Cancel". You can reactivate your subscription from the same place.
Add New Payment Method
If you have a new credit card or would like to change your primary payment method please watch this video.
You will access your payment methods in the "Customer Center" in the top Nav menu.
